Overview

This page is meant to help you get your broken product fixed. It can be confusing getting started, so here are some things you need to know:

  1. The types of vehicles we handle include electric bicycles, electric scooters, children's ride on toys, and other similar products with warranties. We also work on products without warranties, and have a skilled staff and parts available for just about anything with a motor and wheels. If you have a product without a warranty, go to the repair portion of this site.
  2. A lot of vehicles come with a manufacturer's warranty, which is usually effective from the date of purchase for some period of time afterward, you can check out the list to see if your product may have a manufacturer's warranty. If your product's manufacturer is not on the list, see if you can find them, otherwise contact us.
  3. If your product is under the extended warranty, we are the company that will take care of getting your product fixed. You will need to have several things ready when you talk to us:
    1. Your product's name, make (AKA manufacturer, or brand), and model (type of vehicle)
    2. Your product's serial number
    3. A description of the problem, specific so our techs can get you taken care of quickly

Extended Warranty

If your product is covered by an extended warranty and you need to open a new service request with the extended warranty provider Asurion (basically if you bought an extended warranty with your product, and your manufacturer's warranty is no longer in effect) head to Asurion's page.

Opened Service Request

If you have recently been given a reference/SR0R claim number and want to open start the repair process (sometimes it takes a little while for us to get your claim information from the provider, so this may speed things up a little bit), you can open a ticket for us to get in touch with you here
